Urban Body

Urban Body
Hearts of glass:
Made steel with time
Skyscraper dreams frame the horizon
(Bones perhaps just slightly crooked…)
Traffic veins run throughout the city
Cars— platelets— that clot these roads
The bah-bum— bah-bum— of pedestrian footsteps
The never-ending background hum of technology
The cerebral city hall that governs
Neurons crackling with electricity along the streets
Serotonin and dopamine (abstract) in the concrete sidewalks
Brimming with vitality
Sorry it’s been a while since I last posted on here.
