MariTime

MariTime
The wind blows,
And SUDDENLY,
the air becomes the sea.

Kelp branches swaying lightly with the currents.

Fish scales rustling along gray ocean floor.

Sunlight reflecting off glass waves.

Plankton floating in mid-air.

I swear I see bubbles, watery breaths, Emerge
From my mouth, my nose.

What matters now is what isn’t here.
